Refund Policy

This policy explains refund eligibility, required information, and payment return methods for MingVPN subscriptions. Submit requests and check progress through a ticket in the user panel.

Request window and refund eligibility

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of your first payment. Specify the order you want refunded. The request window is checked against the first payment record and ticket submission time; the time you read a reply does not count as the request time.

You can request a refund within this window if the service does not suit your needs, the connection experience falls short of expectations, or you no longer need the service. You do not need to complete troubleshooting or provide speed test results to qualify for a no-questions-asked refund. If you would like to explain the issue, include details in your ticket to help distinguish service problems from order issues.

Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different billing methods. Data packages remain valid until used and do not expire, but this does not extend the refund window indefinitely. For charges related to renewals, additional data packages, or upgrades, list each item in your ticket so support can check eligibility against the first payment record.

Order verification and special cases

Requests made after the refund window are not covered by this policy's no-questions-asked full refund. For unpaid, canceled, or already-refunded transactions, check the order status first; the same charge cannot be refunded twice. For accidental payments, duplicate charges, or mismatched order amounts, submit the relevant payment records for separate review.

We do not apply deduction percentages or usage thresholds beyond those specified in the stated terms for data used during normal service. If there is an unusual data usage issue, a dispute about exceeding a plan allowance, or an account restriction due to a suspected terms violation, the order, usage records, and relevant terms should be reviewed. An alert alone is not grounds to deny a refund.

If you disagree with the review outcome, add supporting information to the original ticket and request a review. The explanation should identify the relevant order, disputed issue, and applicable terms, rather than conflating account access issues with refund eligibility.

How to request a refund

  1. Sign in to the user panel, open the ticket page, request a refund, and list the relevant order numbers.
  2. Provide the payment date, payment method, amount paid, and records that can be used to match the transaction. If multiple charges are involved, describe each one separately.
  3. Check the review outcome in the original ticket. If more information is needed, reply in that ticket to keep the complete record in one place.

Keep only the information needed for verification in payment records; you may redact anything unrelated. Do not submit your account password, subscription link, wallet private key, or recovery phrase. If you cannot sign in, use the account recovery option provided in the panel. Do not create another refund request just to check progress.

Refund routing and payment methods

Refunds for Alipay and WeChat Pay are generally returned through the original payment channel. Where the funds appear depends on the original transaction's funding source and the payment provider's rules, so check the transaction statement rather than only your account balance. If the original channel cannot process the refund, confirm the reason and available options in your ticket before providing any necessary receiving details.

USDT transfers cannot be reversed like ordinary payments. For a USDT refund, first verify the original transaction, network, and receiving address, then confirm the refund amount and any applicable network fees in your ticket. Do not guess the network or send an additional transfer. This policy does not set a fixed exchange rate, network fee, or conversion gain.

Refund status and next steps

Refund verification, payment-channel processing, and receipt of funds are separate stages. The time until funds arrive depends on the payment provider, transaction checks, and whether all required information has been provided; this policy does not guarantee a fixed processing time. Once support confirms the refund has been submitted, keep the record and check the refund status on the original transaction.

If the funds have not arrived, reply in the original ticket with the order number and current statement status, and ask support to check the refund record. Do not make another payment to try to trigger a refund. Changes to subscription status and benefits associated with a refund follow the handling notes for that order. See the Terms of Service for account use rules and the Privacy Policy for information about handling request materials.
